Getting an interview invite from a top global MBA program is a serious filter — but it’s also where the application stops protecting you and you start protecting yourself. The interview-to-admit ratio at most M7 programs is roughly 1 in 2 to 1 in 3. Half or more of every invite list walks away without an admit. Yes — each school has interview rhythms (INSEAD multiple alum interviews focused on internationalism, LBS’s two-interview structure, Wharton’s TBD group discussion plus 1:1, Stanford’s deep behavioural focus). Mention your specific schools on booking and the mock will calibrate.
Should I do this before or after I get the invite?
Typically after. The session is significantly more useful once you have a confirmed invite from a specific school — the mock can be calibrated to that school’s interview style. At the minimum, you should have submitted your applications and know where you’re expecting invites from.
How is this different from the MBA Admissions Consulting page?
