Will I speak with Ruchi — not a junior mentor?

Isn't it too early to do a session? I don't even have interviews yet.
This is exactly the right time. Most candidates wait until they have an interview, then realise they should have started prep months earlier — or fixed profile gaps that are now too late to fix. I'm a non-MBA / non-target school candidate. Is MBB possible?
Yes — MBB hires from a wider profile than most candidates think, especially through experienced-hire and specialist tracks. The right strategy depends on your specifics: degree, geography, work experience, target office. The session will give you an honest map of which doors are realistically open to you.
What if Ruchi tells me consulting isn't realistic for me?
Then she’ll tell you honestly — and tell you what would be realistic, what to fix, and how long it would take. No false hope, no false ceilings. A clear “you’re 6 months of work away from being competitive” is far more valuable than a vague “you can do it!” from someone who isn’t qualified to say.
How is this different from a free chat with a senior at MBB?

If you’ve already managed to cover your kickstarter questions in a shorter duration, the remaining time can be rediverted into resume/fit/case guidance.
