Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy governs all cancellations, rescheduling requests, and refunds for sessions, courses, and other services purchased through mentoresult.com. Please read it carefully before making a booking. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

Rescheduling
Rescheduling of a booked session is accommodated on a case-by-case basis, subject to mentor availability and scheduling constraints.
Please submit rescheduling requests at least 24 hours in advance by emailing [email protected] or raising a support ticket on our support page.

Cancellations & Refunds
Sessions: We are unable to allow cancellations or refunds once a session is booked. In the case of an extenuating circumstance, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis and provide a resolution where possible. Write to us at [email protected] or raise a support ticket on our support page.
Courses: Any course once purchased cannot be returned or refunded. All course sales are final.
All decisions regarding refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are at the sole discretion of Mentoresult. All decisions made by Mentoresult are final and binding.

Expired Sessions
No refund is permitted once a session time has elapsed. This applies to late shows, no-shows, and absentees.
A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without an approved request for rescheduling, refund, or cancellation.
A late show is when a client does not join the assigned meeting link within the first 5 minutes of an appointment without an approved request for rescheduling, refund, or cancellation.

Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
If you have not received your refund after this period, please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. If the issue persists, raise a request on our support page and we will resolve it promptly.
