Session Details

How is the my session be structured?

Every session is customised to the profile and requirements of the mentee!

You can find a detailed session plan on the session booking page. 

I'm not able to decide which session to book.
If your needs are fluid, or you’re not feeling sure about which session to book, you can drop us an email ([email protected]) with your requirements to help us recommend the perfect session for you.

If you’re feeling unsure, don’t worry! Pick the session that most closely describes your requirements and we can modify the session plan to suit your individual needs better during the session.
I want to book a custom session that's not listed on the website.

My profile is different from the usual. Will the session still be useful for me?

Yes!

The session does not have a one-size-fits-all approach – each conversation is tailored to your background and goals, to ensure you have actionable guidance and feedback for your journey ahead. Most of our mentees are from various different backgrounds and have had a rich experience through their session, no matter how unique their profile.

Is the session completed over a video call?

Yes!

Once a booking is made, you will receive an email with your booking confirmation. This email contains all the Zoom meeting details for your session. It’s all automatic!

You can also access the Zoom meeting details on your mentee dashboard.

Booking & Payment

How do I make the payment for the session?

The payment can be completed online while you are making your booking. Once you click the Book Now button and choose your time slot, you can complete payment via UPI, Netbanking, Debit Card, Credit Card or Wallets.

 

All payments are enabled via our 100% secure payments partner, Razorpay, which is one of India’s leading payments partners. So book stress-free!

How do I join the video call for my session?

Once a booking is made, you will receive an email with your booking confirmation. This booking confirmation email contains all the Zoom meeting details for your session. It’s all automatic!

You can also access the Zoom meeting details on your mentee dashboard.

I'm unable to complete the payment for the session.

Not to worry! You can try some troubleshooting:

  • Check your payment information filled in the payment screen and ensure it is correctly entered.
  • Double-check that you have provided an accurate email and phone number for the payment
  •  

If you’re still facing any issue, we request you to raise a support ticket with us on our support page. We will provide you with a prompt response to help you complete the booking!

Help, I'm having issues in making my booking!

Here’s what the normal booking process looks like:

  • Click the Book Now button on the page
  • Pick a suitable time slot from the available slots on the scheduling screen
  • Enter your personal details with the correct email ID (so that we can share the confirmation email with you!)
  • Make the payment online through your preferred mode (UPI, Netbanking, Debit Card, Credit Card, Wallets)
  • And you’re done! Once the booking is complete, you will receive an email with the booking confirmation, and Zoom link.

If you’re facing an issue with any of these steps, we request you to raise a support ticket with us on our support page. We will support you with a prompt response!

Time slots & scheduling

The offered time slots don't work for me. Can I book a session for a custom time slot?

We will try our best to accommodate any requests around scheduling! Just drop us a line on [email protected] stating your session choice and the time/date you would like to have your session, and we’ll reach out soon!

Can I reschedule a call once booked?

If you have any scheduling conflict or emergency and would like to request rescheduling of a booked call, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We will try our best to accommodate any rescheduling request, basis mentor availability.

Mentee Dashboard

What is Mentee Dashboard?

Once you book any session with Mentoresult, a Mentee Dashboard is automatically created for you, where you can refer to all important details about your session, and start a chat with your mentor.

This dashboard keeps track of all important information for you, including:

  • All upcoming calls (Date, Time, Zoom link)
  • All completed calls (Date, Time, Zoom link)
  • Direct chat with Mentor
  • Personal info like Name, Email, Phone (with options to update info)
  • Password Reset options

Login to the dashboard and have fun!

How can I access my dashboard?

Once you have booked a session with us, you can access your Mentee Dashboard here, via your email and password, or via Google Login.

If you don’t remember your password or haven’t set a password yet, click the ‘Forgot Password’ button on the login page. You will receive a secret key to reset your password on your registered email.

How do I set my password?

When you book any session with Mentoresult, you are prompted to create a password on Booking confirmation. Set a password there for easy access!

You can also set your password later by clicking the ‘Forgot Password’ button on the login page. You will receive a secret key to reset your password on your registered email.

Can I use Google sign-in for logging in?

Yes, you can also use your Google account to automatically log in to your account. The same one-click Google sign-in can also be used on your session booking page.

Please use the Google account with the correct email ID to login to your Mentee Dashboard – It should be the same one that you used to book your session!

Help, I don't remember my password!

No worries! 

You can reset your password later by clicking the ‘Forgot Password’ button on the login page. You will receive a secret key to reset your password on your registered email.
