Sessions with Ruchi ma'am were absolutely worth in all the aspects which included B-schools MBA applications and PI preparation. How do I choose the right session for me?

Who is my mentor for the session? Will I get to talk to Ruchi?

Yes, all sessions are conducted by Ruchi!

Every session booking is directly with Ruchi, so you can be assured that your time will be spent with a mentor you trust & recognise!

I would like to share some documents with my session booking.

Once you have completed your booking, you will receive an email with the booking confirmation & zoom link. This email thread can be used to start your conversation with Ruchi!

Simply email all your documents on the booking confirmation email, and you’ll be set for your discussion!

 

How do I make the payment for the session?

The payment can be completed online while you are making your booking. Once you click the Book Now button and choose your time slot, you can complete payment via UPI, Netbanking, Debit Card, Credit Card or Wallets.

 

All payments are enabled via our 100% secure payments partner, Razorpay, which is one of India’s leading payments partners. So book stress-free!

How do I join the video call for my session?

Once a booking is made, you will receive an email with your booking confirmation. This booking confirmation email contains all the Zoom meeting details for your session. It’s all automatic!

You can also access the Zoom meeting details on your mentee dashboard.

My profile is different from the usual. Will the session still be useful for me?

Yes!

The session does not have a one-size-fits-all approach – each conversation is tailored to your background and goals, to ensure you have actionable guidance and feedback for your journey ahead. Most of our mentees are from varied backgrounds and have had a rich experience through their session, no matter how unique their profile.

The offered time slots don't work for me. Can I book a session for a custom time slot?

We will try our best to accommodate any requests around scheduling! Just drop us a line on [email protected] stating your session choice and the time/date you would like to have your session, and we’ll reach out soon!

Can I reschedule a call once booked?

We will try to accommodate any rescheduling request if they are made with 48 hours’ notice, basis mentor availability. Please note that we cannot guarantee a reschedule, so please try to book a slot taking into account your schedule!

Where can I get support for my booking?

Here’s what the normal booking process looks like:

  • Click the Book Now button on the page
  • Pick a suitable time slot from the available slots on the scheduling screen
  • Enter your personal details with the correct email ID (so that we can share the confirmation email with you!)
